Flooring: If carpet is in good condition – no holes or major stains – then keep the carpet (ML Carpet Care & Services can clean it after the rest of the make-ready is complete). Otherwise install laminate flooring (source to be determined) in all other areas. New carpet should only be installed in the bedrooms.
Paint (walls): for full paint them use Popular Gray from Sherwin Williams and ML Carpet Care & Services to do the work.
Vanity, cabinets, light fixtures, faucets, etc. : order from Vima Decor.
Deluxe Units
Some of the units at Villas Del Sol will be upgraded to Deluxe Units with a higher price point. Such units will be upgraded as follows:
- Tile backsplash and accent wall in kitchen.
- Cloth blinds to cover the top windows in upstairs units of building 2119.
- Framed mirror in the bathroom(s).
