How to send an efax:
To send a fax, create a new email from manager@spanishchase.com and to:
1+<10 digit phone number>@fax.vonagebusiness.com
For example, to send a fax to 404-555-1212, you would send an email from the manager email address to 14045551212@fax.vonagebusiness.com. The subject of the email gets inserted into the subject line of the fax. The body of the email goes on the cover page. Any attachments are included as additional pages to the fax.
Property E-mail addresses:
- manager@spanishchase.com – give to vendors, residents, prospects and anyone else that may need to communicate with the property manager.
- finance@spanishchase.com – give to vendors to use for billing purposes only. Emails to this address go to the manager as well as the bookkeeper for the property.
- feedback@spanishchase.com – give to residents that want to provide feedback, compliments or complaints about the property.
- info@spanishchase.com – used on the web site for people to request information about the property; gets forwarded onto the Manager. In general you should not need to give this out to anyone.
- pr@spanishchase.com – used only by Resident News.
