Firstly, what do you mean by not working?
- Are you able to login to Zego? If not, then click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” link to reset your password. If you continue to have problems, then contact Zego Client Support (see below).
- Are you trying to assist a resident with a problem? Have them contact the Zego Resident Support Team (see below).
- Are you personally having some other problem related to Zego? Then please contact the Zego Client Support Team (see below).

You can always create a support case by accessing the Communities Page: Log in to your Zego account, click on the Support Center, and select Submit a Case. The Communities page also allows you to access documentation and training webinars for their services!
