Property domain

The “property domain” is related to the web site address for any particular property. For example, something like:

themontereyirving.com
silveradoapartments.com
thevillageonwestirving.com

This is the part of the email addresses described below that should be used in place of {yourpropertydomain.com}

Property Email addresses

For each property we have standardized on certain role-based email addresses. These are the ones that should be given out to vendors, residents, etc. and not your personalized work email address.

manager@{yourpropertydomain.com} – give to vendors, residents, prospects and anyone else that may need to communicate with the property manager.
finance@{yourpropertydomain.com} – give to vendors to use for billing purposes only. Emails to this address go to the manager as well as the bookkeeper for the property.
feedback@{yourpropertydomain.com} – give to residents that want to provide feedback, compliments or complaints about the property.
info@{yourpropertydomain.com} – used on the web site for people to request information about the property; gets forwarded onto the Manager. In general you should not need to give this out to anyone.
pr@{yourpropertydomain.com} – used only by Resident News.
