Deluxe Units

A handful of units at each property have been upgraded to “Deluxe Units”. Such units have a slightly higher monthly rent and security deposit but come with some very desirable upgrades.

The Deluxe Units feature one or more of the following upgrades:

• Black appliances (instead of the standard white ones).
• Mosaic tile backsplash in the kitchen (from Vima Decor, SKU V28-HSG04).
• Two-inch faux wood blinds. (from Vima Decor)

Depending on the original condition of the unit we may also upgrade/replace other features such as:

• Vima vanities in bathrooms (in some cases).
• New windows (in rare cases).

We’re always considering high-impact, low cost upgrades to add to this list. For example,

• USB charging outlets in the kitchen area ($23 from Home Depot).
• Nest Learning Thermostats available direct to residents that sign up with Green Mountain Energy. We can have maintenance perform the installation.
