May require partial/full new flooring or full paint. Most cabinets and vanities should be in good condition, or can be easily repaired.

Level 3:
More than 5 days of work.
Requires new vanities, new appliances, full paint (possibly color change too), new flooring throughout, and more.
For example an original, “classic” unit in poor condition, a unit damaged by sewer back-up or a bad case of bed bugs.
