In the instructions below change user@elmstonegroup.com to be your individual elmstonegroup.com email address.
- Open your email client.
- Enter your full email address and password, as pictured below.
- Select IMAP for your account type.
- On the final account setup, enter the following information:
- Username – The email address you are trying to connect to; e.g. user@elmstonegroup.com
- Password – Your email password
- IMAP server -mail.elmstonegroup.com
- Port – 993
- Security Type – Choose SSL (accept all certificates)
- IMAP path prefix – Leave blank
- Click Continue and the email client will check your settings and connect to your account.
If you are asked for your Incoming or Outgoing server username and password, just enter your email address (user@elmstonegroup.com) and password. It should automatically pick up any other settings.
