Corporate responsibilities include:
- Marketing and Advertising Strategy and execution – with input from property managers as needed. [Office staff (leasing and managers) are expected to help drive social media engagement by responding to messages in a timely manner, and posting appropriate and relevant information about the property.]
- Financial Planning, Budgeting and Reporting.
- Reconciliation of accounts, payment of all vendor bills and financial reporting to owners.
- Negotiation of revisions to any existing service and utility contracts.
- Property tax review and possible contention.
- New property analysis, assessment and acquisition.
