Through our partnership with Paychex we can offer a variety of employee discount programs and discounts on commonly used products and services. In addition to regular quarterly performance bonuses (current employees only) here are some additional benefits available to employees:
- Employer paid training and certifications We pay for the training and certification exam then once you get certified you could earn a bonus and/or a pay increase!
- 401K program (optional) – for those that want to put aside some of their pay into a tax-deferred retirement account.
- Spot bonuses – a little extra recognition for employees that go above-and-beyond under more exceptional circumstances.
- Referral bonuses – once you have been with the company for at least 12 months, then when you recommend someone for an open position and we hire them, you will receive a $100 referral bonus after they have completed their first 3 months of service.
- Workers’ Comp. Insurance – covers all employees while at work. Note that since Contractor’s are not covered under this policy they must provide their own insurance as needed.
- Employee Units – discounted employee housing options (subject to availability and prior management approval).
- Assistance improving your financial well-being; and improving your credit score.
